Delivery to Mainland UK

Goods are usually  shipped next day (if ordered before midday) with our courier company or sent via Royal Mail for smaller packets and envelopes.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders made Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times.

Orders over £150.00 are shipped free.

For Northern Ireland and UK off-shore islands, shipping rates are included as a guide. We will contact you should the actual cost need amending once your order has been weighed and measured.

For Overseas deliveries, we’ll shop around for the best delivery price, then get back to you (usually the same working day). If you’re happy with the price, we’ll charge the extra shipping and get your order on it’s way.

Want a shipping price before ordering? No problem, just contact us and we’ll get a delivery price straight back you.

Returns

We understand that it’s not always easy to buy drumming gear unheard. That’s why we offer a money back guarantee on goods bought from us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, then just repackage it and return to us for a part-exchange or refund- you just pay the shipping.

We hope this gives you the confidence in buying from us.
