Perfect as a spare or replacement for your snare drum. The Gibraltar 14'' 10 Lug Die-Cast Hoop (Snare Side) is designed to be used on the resonant side of the snare drum. This Die-Cast Hoop is slightly oversized, allowing for the drum to project without choking or restricting the head in any way. The Gibraltar 10 Lug Die-Cast Hoops feature a small slot to allow the snare wires to be attached and reinforced tension points for added strength and durability.
