A Sparkling Sound

The Gretsch Catalina Club Street Kit in Grey Sparkle is a masterclass in drum design. Its seven-ply mahogany shells provide a solid foundation for a sound packed with warmth and character. The 30 degree bearing edges on each drum ensure maximum contact between shell and head for maximum projection, punch and clarity. Meanwhile, the 1.6mm steel hoops and chrome hardware promise consistent tuning and great sustain. The Grey Sparkle wrap finish adds a bit of sparkle to the kit, making it stand out from the crowd.

Versatility and power

This kit has the capability to deliver a wide range of sounds, from tight punchy tones to warm low-end frequencies. Both the 13” x 12” floor tom and the 16” x 12” bass drum create a thunderous backbone, whilst the 10” x 7” tom and 13” x 5” snare add sharpness and attack to the mix. You can easily adjust the kit to your own style and preference, giving you the ultimate versatility.
