A predatory, sonic force with real authority. The Mapex Black Panther Predator is an all-copper snare that provides classic, bright snare sounds, warm tones and defined low-end. You won’t find much value among the coppers in your pocket, but instilled in this, a brand new addition to Mapex’s acclaimed Black Panther range, the Predator snare is a force to be reckoned with. Like most metal snares, it benefits from excellent projection with ringing sustain. Copper sits somewhere between wood and metal, offering shells hefty response and fierce rimshots. Not forgetting the Predator’s impressive, glossy finish. With the Predator snare in your lap, you’ll ooze vintage style while making yourself heard in any musical mix. Recommended for popular genres that require some oomph.
