The Sonor ProLite 14 x 6'' Brass Snare is a high quality snare, crafted from brass. Unlike other snares in Sonor's ProLite series, this snare features die cast hoops. These type of hoops help deliver a dry, focussed attack whilst also increasing the brass shell's output. In addition, because die cast hoops are more heavy duty, they also hold their tune better.

With a 1mm Brass shell, you can expect excellent low-end attack even on the smallest of notes. So if you really want to cut through the mix, the Sonor ProLite Snare is a perfect choice. Other notable features include 20 tension rods and a 45-degree bearing edge.
