The Zildjian 16” K Custom Special Dry Crash is a cymbal full of earthy, raw tone and positively brimming with dirty, funked-up overtones. Extra-thin to thin in weight, this crash is highly responsive and explodes into life with a sharp attack and falls off with rapid decay.

This cymbal has a solid, substantial feel that is most apparent when sticking. At low volume, it’s very expressive with a good response that opens out into a full-bodied wash with a warm, dry and raw timbre. With good volume levels and a mid-pitched sound, this cymbal cuts through a mix well and sits nicely in the mid-range of any sonic set-up.

The K Custom Series offers up a unique set of sounds that are brilliantly suited to modern genres of music and bear a quality that holds up to the rigours of today's playing standards. With a unique sonic bearing in the spectrum, this is a great cymbal worthy of a place in any set-up.
